Members access the gym through the Point Break Training Company app found on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.  Once you've purchased a membership or day pass, you will click the "check-in" button in the app when next to the door.  

Point Break is a 24/7 access gym and may not always have staff physically present. Members are expected to train responsibly, follow all rules, respect the equipment, and contact us if help is needed.

If you need help with membership, app access, billing, or a general facility question, please contact us using the phone number or email listed on our website. In an emergency, call 911 immediately.

Memberships may be cancelled according to the terms of the membership purchased. Point Break does not provide refunds for unused time,  early cancellation, or failure to use the facility. For cancellation questions, please contact us using the phone number or email listed on our website.

Minors may use the facility only with proper parent or guardian approval and in accordance with Point Break’s membership and waiver requirements. Minors must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or approved adult unless Point Break has specifically approved otherwise in writing.

Members are responsible for using equipment safely, cleaning up after themselves, re-racking weights correctly, respecting other members, and following all rules. Point Break is built for serious training, and we expect members to maintain that standard.
